Design: G90
Working hand in hand with the renowned designers at G90 in Gröbenzell (near Munich), we’ve made HEART Artisan Apartments a truly designer vacation experience. It was a thrilling collaboration. The artisan workshop located west of Munich is known for its clearly conceived and unique layouts, as can be seen in the G90 studios in Gröbenzell. It is perfectly described by the motto, “Everything extraordinary comes as standard!” Just like at HEART, at G90 “you’ll feel the difference” in every square centimeter.

G90’s head designer Günter Neunzig is the creative genius behind HEART. For over 25 years, this visionary and nonconformist pioneer has been in charge of G90’s outstanding product and interior design studio. He has realized dozens of state-of-the-art projects, and he has been consistently pushing the boundaries in every branch of design for years. His work regularly breaks the rules while still maintaining respect for tradition, craftsmanship, and the geography of the surroundings. All this is true of the layout at HEART as well: “Sölden is young but very traditional, and an extremely creative town. In terms of design, it can boast several lighthouse projects, such as ‘Elements.’ But to be honest, there’s still a lot of room for out-of-the-ordinary design. And that’s exactly what we set out to achieve with a wild, somewhat different crossover. And I think we have achieved it with HEART.”

To break the rules…
… you first must master them. Rough cement plaster applied by hand – a technique based on an old, traditional method of construction. With patterned bands wrapped around it like on a Tyrolean sweater. It may sound odd, but it’s extremely inviting.
Overwhelmed at the entrance
Good design is like the Trojan Horse. It comes attractively packaged so that people will be happy to accept it. Only then does it reveal its true goal: conquest! The very entrance to HEART is meant to overwhelm its guests. With reclaimed wood, a wild mix of old skis from across the decades, and ultra-modern Moooi carpets from the here and now.

Mix of Materials
In the apartments, natural materials like wood, leather, and raw concrete dominate, creating a lifestyle atmosphere that exudes warmth and comfort. Motley Moooi carpets, which are sometimes placed on the walls, playfully colored Freifrau swing seats, and carbonized dining tables from Janua form a captivating contrast to the crisp whiteness outside the building.
Casual luxury from the HEART
The mix of blue chip brands like Maurer, Moooi, Freifrau, and Janua, retro originals, handcrafted detail work, and startling works of art gives HEART – despite all its luxury – a charming and private boutique feel. Of course, the apartments have everything you could wish for on vacation: flat screen TVs, Cremesso coffee machines, 200 international television stations, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
